Coomera Central street shopping at Coomera is loosely bounded by Dreamworld Parkway, Fortune and Yuan Streets. The Gold Coast Marine Precinct at the end of Beattie Road is a recently established and vigorous centre for the local marine industry.

The retail shopping focus of Oxenford is Oxenford Central with Woolworth's as its major tenant and 16 other specialty stores. It is situated just a short drive from the estates along the Old Pacific Hwy, on the corner with Tamborine-Oxenford Road.
